Three decades behind the lens, most of them in New York. I photograph the moments a room will remember: the legends on stage, the walk down the runway, the family that showed up, the city doing what it does.

That work runs from hip hop's founders and headliners — Ms. Lauryn Hill and the Fugees, Rakim, Slick Rick, Method Man and Ghostface Killah, Erykah Badu — to the runways of New York Fashion Week, Fashion Week Brooklyn (FWBK), Flying Solo, The Buro Group, The Bureau Fashion Week and Fashion Art Toronto, to weddings, portraits and celebrations for people who simply wanted the day kept.

I'm also the founder of We Are Hip Hop, built on the same belief that drives the camera: the culture deserves to be documented by the people inside it.
